About Caroline
Hello! I’m Caroline, the woman behind LivingonSaltwater Designs! I grew up in Eastern NC and I have a love for being out on the water. Equal to my love of the water is painting furniture and DIYing. I’ve been building things and DIYing since I was a kid. I spent a lot of time with my dad out in his shop as his second hands assisting with his projects.

I started painting furniture after college after moving into my first apartment. I refinished a hand-me-down dresser that was from my crib set as a baby. After that project, I was HOOKED!
Nothing makes me happier than a good before and after comparison. I love seeing a vision come to life and a complete transformation that brings life to a new piece.
