I just got back from a run and thought about this post the entire time. Running helps clear my head; it’s where I solve my problems; it’s exercises me both mentally and physically. This week marks the end of a chapter in my life. Next week I start a new job. I am excited, but I know this is going to be a big change, just like it was in 2014 when I started my current job…..
